All information on the Site and our mobile application is provided in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on the Site or our mobile application. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL WE HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SITE OR OUR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE AND OUR MOBILE APPLICATION. Refund Policy

Transport2Go has a refund policy, which means you may ask for a refund provide you meet the required criteria listed here. Please note, we work in South African Rand (ZAR).
To be eligible for a refund, your driver must not be longer than 3min on route towards your booking pick up location, if the driver has been on the trip towards your request longer than 3 minutes you do not qualify for any refund.
If the driver is standstill in that 3 min time frame and you decide to cancel, you may request a refund.
When the order has not begun, you qualify for a refund provided you submit it in time.
To start a refund, you can contact Transport2Go at accounts@transport2go.co.za. Please note that refunds will need to be submitted in order to be processed.
If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you an email on the progress
without first requesting a refund, will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund on the order you want refunded, and once the refund submitted, make a separate order for the new
booking.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at accounts@transport2go.co.za.
